Project Description

Objective

Charlotte Russe is a national young women’s fashion store, focusing on trendy, affordable clothing, shoes, jewelry, and accessories. Charlotte Russe has more than 500 outlets in the United States and Puerto Rico. The Company was relocating its Creative Development Group from San Diego to San Francisco and needed an efficient, cost-effective VoIP phone system.

Solution

Charlotte Russe contracted VectorUSA to solve its communication challenges. VectorUSA designed and implemented a Cisco router-based Unified Communications Manager Business Edition phone system. The Cisco Solution provides flexibility for future growth of voice and video integration between their corporate offices. VectorUSA installed and configured 145 handsets, and provided administrative and user training so employees could utilize all facets of the feature-rich Cisco solution.

VectorUSA continues to provide 24 x 7 monitoring of the phone systems and core networking equipment to guarantee continuous operation of the Cisco communications system. VectorUSA also provides all user moves, additions and changes on the Cisco Call Manager from our network operations center in Torrance, California.

VectorUSA was the Prime Contractor on this VoIP project. We designed, managed, implemented and executed the full delivery of all products and services. At the completion of the project, VectorUSA provided training, management and trouble-shoot training of the complete solution.
