Bioplate, which designs and manufactures medical devices, was growing at a rapid pace. Its current digital infrastructure and data networking system was overwhelmed. With company expansion being planned, Bioplate needed a new voice and data communication system with data networking scalability.
VectorUSA engineers surveyed the location and determined the existing cabling would serve the new phone system; there was no need for a costly and time-consuming cable installation. Connections were tested and, if necessary, replaced for maximum connectivity.
VectorUSA installed a new 3Com VCX system on-time and on-budget, while keeping the old phone system active so Bioplate could continue business without disruption. When the installation was complete, the new system was successfully activated without disrupting the client’s business. Bioplate reduced the expense of managing its own phone lines along with the ability to scale its communication system to match the growth of the company. As the company grew, they were able to easily add phones and workstations without unnecessary costs.
VectorUSA was the Prime Contractor on this project, designing, managing, implementing and executing the full delivery of all products and services. At the completion of the project, VectorUSA provided training, management and trouble-shooting training of the complete solution. VectorUSA followed strict protocols relating to the sensitive environment.
